Freshman Convocation was held as the McNeese Legacy Center the day before the semester began. Students were able to discover many Student Organizations and meet the Department Leaders of the university. As a bonus, every was also provided with free food, and custom novelties such as McNeese Swag of t-shirts and ball caps. Giving freshman an extra bit of inspiration, Ms. Raven Turner provided a memorable motivational speech, that undoubtedly gave every Freshman an excellent outlook on their time to come at McNeese.
